The Company:
Medsoft is a shareholding company (Société Anonyme Egyptienne) established in January 2001 according to Egyptian Law 159 of 1981. The Company's authorized and paid capital amounts to EGP 10 Million, divided over 100,000 common shares of par value of LE 100 each.

Shareholders
Salah Tawfik (70%) is a well established commodity expert with experience in US markets as well as the Middle East.
Tarek Tawfik (30%) is a commodity marketing and sales expert with over 15 years in the Egyptian market
